Cancellation Policy
We generally require some lead time for services. For emergency tree services give us a call during operating ours and leave a message. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. All consultation fees will be incorporated into the final bill if the customer agrees with the estimate and books services. All scheduled services will require a telephone, text, or email confirmation of the order prior to the steward's arrival. Please check your phone and email box to confirm scheduled appointment(s). This is to prevent spam scheduled events/no-shows (customer absent). No-shows without a 24-hour notice
